Job Title: Electrical / Multi-Skilled Engineer
Location: Attleborough, Norfolk
Salary: 45,000 per annum
Are you ready to electrify your career? We are on the lookout for a talented and dedicated Electrical Mechanical Engineer to join vibrant engineering team.
Role Highlights:
- Engage in routine electrical maintenance and maintenance activities to ensure peak performance of our equipment.
- Drive compliance with production plans, minimizing engineering downtime to maximize productivity.
- Execute engineering tasks with precision and adherence to safety protocols, ensuring seamless operations.
- Uphold the cleanliness and organization of our workshop, guaranteeing all tools are in optimal condition.
- Collaborate closely with the Shift Leader and production team to prioritize tasks in alignment with our production goals.
- Proactively address maintenance issues and breakdowns to maintain uninterrupted production and services.
- Facilitate the ordering of any required non-stock items to keep operations running smoothly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures under the guidance of Engineering/Senior Management.

Requirements:
- City & Guilds/BTEC Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
- Proven track record of excellence in electrical maintenance and engineering.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and best practices.
Shift Patter: 5 days on 5 days off / rotating day and night shifts / 12hrs
