We are a small successful, entrepreneurial team seeking a committed individual with a passion for financial planning and a genuine desire to build their expertise to become a financial planner.


Working closely with one of our most successful partners, assisting with his wealthiest and most successful clients, you will develop technical and soft skills to become an adviser with full responsibility for his client base as he gradually steps back overthe next few years.


About the Role


We offer a committed paraplanner the opportunity to sit in on client meetings, build cash flow models, undertake technical analysis, write reports, and play a key part in delivering our high-quality service to our clients.

We can enable your success andempower you to take responsibility for more complex financial planning decisions and client relationships as you progress.

We can offer a competitive salary and bonus with considerable increases in remuneration as the partner steps back.

Additional Information


We offer hybrid working once established; however, the nature of the role, training and colleague liaison requires easy access to the office.

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrable experience in a paraplanning / technical role within financial planning or wealth management
  • Chartered Financial Planner status
  • Understand the regulatory framework, ethics and principles of the advice process
  • Unrestricted rights to work in the UK

Desirable Criteria


The role would suit a positive and energetic paraplanner with an empathetic approach, comfortable developing trusting client relationships, working with initiative and taking responsibility.
