To complete our dedicated team in our Speyside Care Home in Aberlour, we are recruiting for a Laundry Assistant on a part-time permanent contract.


At Parklands we employ staff on the strength of their commitment to providing high quality, person centred care and their willingness to learn and work in a fast paced and challenging environment.

You will work closely with our residents so it's essential that you have a warm, caring and, above all, patient personality.

In return we offer the opportunity to work flexibly, with rates of pay which are higher than you would find in similar roles in the care sector.

This post is for two shifts per week worked on a rotational basis. Relief hours are also available to cover for holidays and sickness.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Laundering linens and bedding in line with our policies/procedures
  • Laundering residents clothing
  • Ironing
  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • Sound knowledge of English
  • Referee contact details for your current place and previous place of work
  • To complete a PVG


The company offers Wagestream - a money management app that gives you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it.
