The Role:

our customer is now in need of a new Sales Executive to enter the business in a client acquisition role.

This role will involve the successful applicant pitching and generating sales opportunities with buy-side financial institutionsincluding hedge funds, PE firms, family offices and wealth managers.

The company provide a macroeconomic intelligence tool that powers trading and investment decisions within these institutions.

Within your first year you will gain access to closing opportunitiesand you should expect that you will be fully taking responsibility for a full target in year two.


This role is ideally suited to a keen and intelligent sales person with a small amount of experience and an interest in finance, economics or investing.

Our customer brings over 35 years of knowledge and expertise in the macroeconomic intelligence space. They are the leading provider of this form of insight to the world of buy-side finance and investing. Their client base isa who's who of the worlds best known Hedgefunds, Wealth Managers and PE Firms.

They have just been acquired by one of the worlds largest data and information firms specifically because of their expertise and coverage on the buy-side.

With a bigger brand behindthem, an increased marketing budget and a broader product set to cross-sell, the chance for an up and coming sales person to succeed is better than ever.


As Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling financial business intelligence to 'Buy side' financial customers.
  • Pitching access to a macroeconomic intelligence tool
  • Working towards closing within year 1

For this Sales Executive role, we are looking for:

  • 1 year+ B2B sales experience
  • An interest in finance, economics or investing
  • Degree education
