An exciting opportunity is available for a Regional HSE Advisor to join a prominent developer specializing in residential properties in the Cambridgeshire/Northants area.

You should have solid operational skills, the ability to foster relationships, and effectively oversee subcontractors and their safety practices. Prior experience in Construction/Housebuilding is a must due to the project requirements.

• Undertaking monitoring of health, safety, and environmental processes
• Ensuring site management prioritizes a safe working environment
• Providing guidance on project-specific health, safety, and environmental matters
• Proactively identifying risks and opportunities for enhancement
• Playing a key role in promoting safety across the site portfolio
• A skilled communicator adept at managing upwards and downwards
• Conducting tailored training sessions
• Offering advice on CDM

You should be a seasoned professional with a strong commitment to Health & Safety and the ability to collaborate with others to enhance performance.

You should also have:

• NEBOSH Construction or General qualification (ESSENTIAL)
• Safety & Health Diploma (NEBOSH, NVQ, NCRQ) (PREFERABLE)
• Experience in Construction projects and associated risks (ESSENTIAL)
• Experience in Housebuilding (PREFERABLE)
