We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction and strong leadership skills to ensure project success.

The role offers the potential for progression to higher supervisory positions.

I have a team that oversee all the groundworks and masonry. Your role will be overseeing everything from wall plate to finish, garage conversions, refurbishments and knock through.

The team will comprise of yourself, a carpenter, a labourer and various sub contractors.

We work all over Devon.

Duties:

  • Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
  • Provide guidance and direction to construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
  • Experience in managing project timelines and budgets.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
£30.00 per hour

Expected hours:
per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
