Job Title: Paid Social Specialist - Remote - Hospitality Sector

Concentrating on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, you'll utilize your expertise to boost engagement, drive leads, and enhance ROI for clients' marketing endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies to match clients' goals and target audience across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns for hospitality, education, leisure, and entertainment clients, utilizing platform-specific tools like Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal project managers, strategy, planning, design, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of paid social campaigns in alignment with clients' digital marketing strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to craft compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages optimized for conversions on various platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and offer actionable insights for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audience targeting, and ad placements to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Act as the primary contact for Paid Social clients, providing consultations on paid social strategies, budgets, campaign performance, and optimization.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively presenting campaign results, recommendations, and insights to Director-level clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and a customer-centric approach.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in paid social media marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in a Paid Social client-manager/lead role, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing paid social campaigns across sectors like hospitality, education, leisure, and entertainment.
  • Proficiency in platform-specific advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to consult confidently with Director-level clients.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, including experience leading client meetings and presentations.
