We're on the hunt for an engaging and dynamic Claims Executive who will ensure the delivery of a proactive, efficient and effective claims service providing accurate, compliant and value-added services at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities._
  • Proactively engage with internal stakeholders to discuss key clients, identify trends, evaluate service levels, and propose improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients through regular visits, providing comprehensive claims updates, facilitating discussions on service delivery for both our organisation and insurance partners and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Enhance the expertise of the claims team and broader organisation by implementing structured training programs, organising workshops, facilitating team meetings.
  • Responsible for effectively managing highvalue and catastrophic loss claims, ensuring consistent and proactive communication with the customer and all stake holders
  • Ensure all claims details are recorded accurately and in accordance with procedural guides
  • Proactively deal with all claims, and promptly alert your line manager to any complaints, conflicts of interest, and Errors & Omissions

Essential:

  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence

Desirable

  • If not already qualified to ACII level or above, willingness to study and obtain qualifications
  • 5+ years experience dealing with claims in a broking environment
