Role DescriptionnAs a Project Director for Hotel Refurbishment, you will be a crucial member of their team responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of hotel renovation, refurbishment and development projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure that projects are executed to the highest standardsn

Project Leadership:
Take ownership of hotel refurbishment projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the client's vision and meet the company's quality standardsn

Team Management:
Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, including architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Provide clear direction and guidance to achieve project goalsnBudget and Schedule Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and cost constraintsn

Client Interaction:
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecyclenRisk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges in projects and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project executionn

Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control procedures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship, materials, and finishes in all refurbishment projectsnCompliance: Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations, building codes, and industry standardsnReporting: Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, project status, and potential issues

Requirements:
nAt least 5 years' experience in delivering hotel projectsnStrong experience of refurbishment or construction projectsnStrong leadership and team management skillsnExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectivelynProficiency in project management software and toolsnAbility to work independently and efficiently in a remote working environmentnStrong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detailnWillingness to travel for occasional on-site project visits, if required
