An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator (Planner/Scheduler) to join our clients team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be assigned your very own client.You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules and timelines of our tradesman, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients, clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain tradesman's schedules and timelines
- Monitor progress against schedules and provide updates to management and project teams.
- Identify and analyse potential scheduling conflicts, and develop solutions to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all necessary resources are available when needed.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project timelines and progress.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
