Excellent opportunity to join this innovative, ambitious and fast-growing organisationnRole:nResponsible for overseeing the Release Management and QA teams (in different countries), ensuring smooth integration of infrastructure and Middleware upgrades, and maintaining high-quality software product delivery.nThis role is critical in managing end-to-end release processes and leading the QA team to uphold the highest standards of quality assurance through both manual and automated testing.nDrive initiatives aimed at improving both the release processes and quality assurance practices, leveraging insights from testing activities to enhance overall effectiveness.nLead a team of QA manual and QA automation engineers, setting clear goals and expectations, providing coaching, and fostering a high-performing team culture.nDevelop and implement an effective quality assurance strategy, define best practices, and oversee the execution of comprehensive test plans.nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Release and QA teams by implementing changes and enhancements to testing and release methodologies.nActively participate in Continual Service Improvement efforts for all Release Services Processes and Procedures.nManage documentation related to releases, implementation plans, and quality assurance processes, ensuring all documentation is finalized and stored in electronic document storage systems.nTake accountability for all Service Level Agreements related to environment provisioning, component deployments, and quality assurance.
nExperience:
n5- 7+ years commercial experiencenSolid experience with ITIL Processes for Release, Change and Configuration Management and Quality AssurancenProven leadership experience in managing QA and Release Management teamsnStrong technical background in software development (.NET/C# preferred), quality assurance, or related fields.nExperience with JIRA, Atlassian products, confluence, Agile, and industry-standard CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Teamcity, Octopus.nExcellent communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration.nExperience in implementing risk management strategies, conducting post-release reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
