The Postal Mail Production Coordinator is responsible for processing postal paperwork, tags, and placards for the Operations Department and for coordinating the transportation for local mail drops, drop shipments, outgoing mail, and the management of postal supplies inventory, organization, and replenishment.

Requirements
Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Import files into Window Book, process sortation paperwork, and tags for production.
Upload files to USPS Business Customer Gateway (BCG) for daily outgoing mail.
Coordinate with the local USPS when an on-site Mail Clerk is required.
Attend afternoon production meetings daily to ensure mailing project statuses.
Coordinate USPS Transportation for daily mail (e.g., both incoming trailers and outgoing trailers).
Coordinate the transportation of shipments, postal supply, and inventory levels.
Coordinate and schedule transportation for any local and dropship mail to USPS (Bill of Lading).
Coordinate and submit commingle mail and arrange for daily transportation.
Verify and mark all outgoing mail and coordinate the release and hold of mail.
Coordinate USPS FAST appointments with drop shipments.
Supply PDFs of all Mailing Statements daily to the Mailing Statement folder for Account Management and Accounting.
Supply PDFs of all Commingle Statements daily to the Mailing Statement folder for Account Management and Accounting.

Charge all postage charges from SeaChange Accounts or SeaChange Commingle Account to PIQ Jobs daily (SeaChange Permit, Stamps and Meter).

Assist shipping and mailing production by completing quality assurance inspections (e.g., audit Quality Checking mail, sorting mail, loading trucks, and running equipment as needed).

Maintain operational standards, processes, and procedures.
Train and educate mailing personnel on all mailing regulations and standards.
Primary backup to Postal Affairs Specialist.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Aptitude to work independently with excellent time management skills.
Education and Experience

An Associate Degree in printing or a High School diploma/GED along with the equivalent industry related experience and/or a minimum of two years in a similar role.

MIS/Production software experience required
Fluent in English, verbal, and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
