Exciting Opportunity

  • Ensure adherence to all NHSPS Health, Safety & Wellbeing Policies, relevant NHSPS Technical Guidance, Processes, and Procedures, along with Statutory Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice, and any applicable aspects of HTMs.
  • Carry out Scheduled, Reactive, and Remedial maintenance services as instructed by the PPM planner (CAFM), helpdesk, or Technical Services Supervisor, maintaining operational standards consistently.
  • Provide support for minor works managers' activities.
  • Perform routine repairs or minor works such as joinery, painting, general building works, ground works, or general plumbing.

Requirements for Success

  • Qualifications - Minimum one of the following:
  • NVQ Level 2 or higher BTEC/City & Guilds or equivalent.
  • Completed formal apprenticeship or equivalent craft training.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Driving license is a must.
  • Proficiency in using technological devices to log jobs.
  • On-Call availability.
  • Industry experience is advantageous.
