About the role


As a participant in our Graduate Rotational Program, you will embark on a journey through various areas of energy management, including energy shift trading, energy valuation and analysis, and origination.

Through hands-on experience, mentoring from industry experts, and exposure to diverse projects, you will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the energy sector.


Key Responsibilities:

Energy Shift Trading:Engage in real-time energy trading activities, monitoring market trends, executing trades, and optimising portfolio performance.

Energy Valuation and Analysis:Conduct in-depth analysis of energy markets, assets, and trading strategies to support decision-making and drive profitability.

Energy Origination:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue opportunities for energy origination, including developing new business models and partnerships.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in energy management, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in the energy sector and a passion for sustainability.
