Express Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join a large Local Authority in Sheffield.

This role mainly consists of note taking responsibilities therefore fast typing abilities would be beneficial.

The day-to-day tasks vary, where adaptability is the key to success in this position. You will be assisting the Team Manager with administrative tasks.


This role will be suited to an organised and friendly individual who would like to work for one of Sheffield's most reputable employers.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for Managers
  • Take inbound calls and make outbound calls as required
  • Manage client appointments using bespoke CRM systems
  • Take notes day to day and uploading to the system

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administration experience essential
  • Capable of communicating clearly and effectively with individuals
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Capable of working to strict deadlines
  • Able to work on own initiative and manage priorities accordingly
