Are you an experienced PA looking to utilise your secretarial skills in a new role? The join a large public sector organisation based in Buckley, where you'll be assisting the Senior Managers providing administrative support to a very high standard on a daily basis.
As a Personal Assistant your main responsibilities will be:- Providing the highest level of professional, efficient, administrative, and secretarial support
- Coordinating workflow to enable optimum use of time, managing diaries, arranging travel, booking accommodation, coordinating with other administrators
- Providing secretarial support at meetings and boards, taking minutes
- Developing good working relations with internal and external key stakeholders
- Dealing with complex enquiries, manage and lead the coordination of specific corporate / directorate work
- Preparing documents, presentations, reports, and provide interpretation and analysis of a range of information
- Previous experience working in a high level administrative / PA role supporting senior level managers
- Strong IT skills, experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Good organisational skills
- Good written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure using your own initiative in order to meet deadlines
In return you will be rewarded with an attractive salary of £14.76 p/h plus holiday pay. Although office based in Buckley, hybrid working is on offer.
