At Saint Gobain Professional Services we are looking for a Management Controller to work in our Finance team helping to support the financial and management accounting of Saint-Gobain Limited, including SG Professional Services and Prism, BPB Limited and various other service companies within Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland.
The Management Controller will be a part of a close knit Finance team of 5, consisting of a, Finance Administrator, Financial Controller x 2, and a Senior Financial Controller.

What we're looking for:
- Qualified or partqualified accountant with two years' experience within a finance environment
- A strong understanding and awareness of commercial aspects.
- Being able to discuss financial issues in a clear and concise manner to nonfinancial stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and manage across a matrix organisation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities
What you will be doing:
- Preparation & review of management accounts on a monthly basis for areas within scope
- Preparation & review of budgets and reforecasts as required
- Business partnering with Saint Gobain businesses throughout the UK, dealing with various key stakeholders in HR, Transport, Payroll, building the connection and relationships with the departments
- Responsible for Monitoring finances, management control, setting up new processes and financial controls
- To be the first point of contact between Saint Gobain Technology Services management and the finance team, ensuring that finance support is provided in an efficient and friendly manner
