We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head Chef to leadour culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creatinginnovative dishes, a deep understanding of contemporary and classic culinarytechniques, and the ability to manage and inspire a team in a high-endrestaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Menu Development: Create and develop seasonal menusthat reflect the sophistication and quality of 34 Mayfair, incorporating thelatest culinary trends while maintaining the essence of our brand.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team ofchefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes are prepared tothe highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.

Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationshipswith top-quality suppliers to source the freshest and finest ingredients.

Budget Management: Oversee kitchen budgets, includingfood costs, labour costs, and other expenses, ensuring financial efficiency.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the kitchenoperates in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations andstandards.

Customer Experience: Collaborate with front-of-housestaff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests, addressing anyspecial requests or dietary requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Head Chef or similar leadershiprole in a high-end restaurant.

Exceptional culinary skills with a strong portfolioshowcasing creativity and expertise.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Deep knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Passion for innovation and excellence in the culinaryarts.
