Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical skills: proficiency in relevant systems and strong Excel skills
  • Support the active payroll department
  • Handling a high volume, fast-paced workload
  • Managing a portfolio of clients independently
  • Must have client payroll expertise
  • Experience with the Sage 50 payroll system
  • Providing detailed payroll advice to employees via email and phone
  • Working under numerous deadlines
  • Conducting both manual and automated calculations
  • Providing guidance to junior team members as necessary
