Job Title:
Saturday Viewings Clerk

Main Purpose of Job:


Nurturing relationships with prospective buyers and tenants by showing knowledge and understanding of the property and local area whilst showing them around available properties to buy or rent.


Main tasks of Job:

  • Familiarise yourself with property details prior to viewings.
  • Conduct property viewings and meetings with potential buyers and tenants.
  • Provide knowledgeable and accurate information about what the properties and local area has to offer.
  • Maintaining accurate records of property viewings and client meetings.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and overall business objectives of the organisation

Skills/Experience:

  • Keen interpersonal and communication skills able to overcome objections.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Full driving license and own vehicle.
  • Customer service skills essential.
