Digital Trainer

The role will be required to provide a professional level of technical instruction on digital skills (both those linked to systems and wider infrastructure or operational techniques) and systems to users and staff as part of a wider digital development programme.

You will work closely with our internal teams and our system suppliers to identify areas of improvement and design programmes of learning that will ensure that all individuals are able to make best use of our systems, in the process gaining an excellent grounding in what Cobalt delivers to our customers and the ways that teams across the business function.

You will be critical in the implementation of our new digital systems and will work closely with the rest of the Digital team to ensure that new systems are able to be implemented successfully.

The Cobalt Digital and Transformation team is in an exciting phase.

You will be a member of a dynamic, innovative team with a wide range of responsibilities to achieve digital and transformative change across the entire business.

You will be given access to a significant programme of internal training, mentorship and other development opportunities, and clear pathways to development and promotion within our friendly and inclusive team.

The salary for the role of Digital Trainer is circa £30,000 per annum. Cobalt's standard working week is 35 hours Monday to Friday.

At Cobalt we work in an agile manner and you can expect to work both at home and in the office based on business needs and our commitment to enabling staff to work flexibly.

However, as the team you will be a part of are new and responsible for a significant programme of digital transformation across the organisation and beyond we expect both current and new team members to be in the office for a few days a week in order to play their part in driving this change, acting as a face of our new digital strategy and helping build a collaborative, engaging team culture.
