We are looking to recruit an experienced/dedicated senior carer to join our team to provide highest standard of care to our residents.
As a senior you can make a difference to our residents lives. your responsibilities will include- Leading the shift/delegating tasks to care team.
- Aiding residents with emotional wellbeing social needs
- Administration and monitoring of medication to residents
- Maintaining care plans and other administrative tasks
- Liaising with professionals including GP, and community nurses, families
- Monitoring
- Some experience in a similar role and leading a team
- Friendly and Caring attitude
- Able to engage well with residents and families
- NVQ level 3 in health and social care
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
The role is for 36+ hours. Rate of pay is £10.15 per hour.
DBS check is required for this role.
