NOCN Group is looking for a skilled End Point Assessor specializing in Groundworks to conduct assessments for the Groundworker apprenticeship Standard.
- Location: Remote position with occasional site visits
- Contract: Freelance Worker
As an End Point Assessor, your responsibilities include:
- Independently conducting End Point Assessments in adherence to NOCN's quality assurance Standards
- Evaluating apprentices across Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours during the assessment process
- Thoroughly preparing for assessments and identifying apprentice's KSBs gaps
- Building rapport with apprentices to ensure optimal performance
- Complying with GDPR regulations for data security
Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant industrial experience
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the Groundwork Industry or relevant CPD within the last 5 years
- Hold a Level 3 assessing qualification
- Construction craft qualification at Level 2 (e.g., Bricklaying, Construction Operations, or equivalent)
