Overview of the position:

As the sole agency supplier to a National Maintenance Company for the provision of cleaners & support operatives Hays Specialist Recruitment are seeking to recruit multiple experienced Part-Time Cleaners for a sites in Folkestone.

As part of the Facilities & Waste Disposal team you will be responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness of the site/s.

Deep cleans and industrial cleans may be required. The cleaner role is in a unique working environment with a strong sense of teamworking.
Always in demand, you could benefit from long-term temporary contracts. There is also potential, once trained, to work on other sites locally. The company has an excellent reputation and often offer permanent opportunities.

Required:
Previous cleaning experience is required for this role.

Ideally we are looking for cleaning experience in occupied buildings:
schools, hospitals, offices, social housing, care homes, domestic homes.

Successful applicants will have a background in cleaning, and will be assessed based on the following competencies: Acting with integrity, respecting others, Building relationships and team working, communicating effectively, developing self and others.

You must hold a Valid Passport and printed National Insurance Proof (or Birth Certificate & Photo Driving Licence in your current address & NI proof).

Applicants that require a DBS will need to provide at least another x2 Proof of address documents (Bank statements,Utility Bills etc ) All Applicants must be able to provide details of 2 satisfactory references, at least one from an ex-employer.
