We have an opportunity for a Passenger Assistant, to escort Young Adults with disabilities/ challenging behaviours whilst on our mini buses to our centres in Westcliff, Southend & Benfleet.


You will be responsible for securing young adults on the bus including clamping wheelchairs, and managing the behaviour of the young adults during the journeys.

You will ideally have experience of working with people with disabilities/ challenging behaviours. You must be friendly and have good communication skills. IT skills are desirable.

Training will be provided.

This is a part time position mornings and afternoons.
