Our client Carr's Engineering designs, manufactures, and services bespoke equipment, vessels, precision components and remote handling systems alongside providing specialist engineering services in the Nuclear, Defence, Oil & Gas, Motorsport, Pharmaceutical and Renewable industries.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the Technical Sales Manager to join their team. Travel to existing and new customers.

40-60K, plus sales bonus

Meet sales and growth targets in accordance with budget and forecast objectives.

  • Deliver sales and gross profit aligned with agreed business targets, while maximizing customer opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and identify new leads/ideas for sales and business development opportunities.
  • Foster growth in mature sales sectors and nurture emerging market sectors through a blend of sales, business development, and management efforts.
  • Manage long-term relationships between the business and customers, ensuring excellent customer service and monitoring service levels.
  • Support market analysis efforts and communicate significant activities within the business.
  • Provide up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace and competitors to inform business planning and communicate insights to key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in Sales conversion and on value-based selling.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and occasionally overseas (if required)
