What you'll do:

  • Create, review, and distribute contracts and associated modifications.
  • Negotiate contractual provisions and analyze contract details.
  • Research contract provisions, identify trends, and propose process enhancements.
  • Draft customer communications and notices as required.

What you'll need:

  • A law degree and relevant legal qualifications along with a license to practice Law in the UK.
  • 2+ years' PQE with a focus on contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively within deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals.
  • Drive results through core competencies like accountability, customer focus, and trustworthiness.
