Robot Weld Operators on a temp to perm basis Our client is a well regarded manufacturing company in them Sandbach area.


Pay Range:
Basic day rate £10.50 to £12.70 per hour (dependent upon skills and experience)

Pay Range: 6-2 shift rate £11.81 to £14.29 per hour (dependent upon skills and experience)

Pay Range 2-10 shift £ 13.13 to £15.88 per hours (dependent upon skills and experience)


Hours: 07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 to 12:30 Friday but could be asked to work a shift patterns (Shift Allowance will be payable on top of basic pay) 06:00 to 14:00 hours (Friday finish at 12:00 hours) and/or 14:00 to 22:00 hours (Friday 12:00 to 18:00 hours) dependent upon customer demands and business needs.


Overtime:
Available but not guaranteed.

Overtime rate:
Between £13.97 to £16.89 (dependent upon basic pay rate)

Contract Type:
Permanent

Job Role:

Responsible for the set up and operation of computer-controlled machines/robots to perform one or more machine functions on steel products.

Measure dimensions of finished product to ensure conformance to customer specifications using measuring equipment, templates, and fixtures. Setting up jobs whilst robots are in operation.

When advertising could you also inform permanent new starters, we are offering a "Golden Hello" payment as follows:
Golden Hello Incentive for New Starters (permanent)

End of first week/month - £100

End of three months & successful probationary - £400

End of 12 months - £500

Totalling - £1000 over the first year of employment
