Job Title: IT Technician Apprentice

Overview:
We are currently in search of an IT Technician Apprentice to join our team at our Erskine site.
If you possess a positive attitude, impeccable attention to detail, and a love for all things tech, then this opportunity is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hardware upgrades and software installations to optimize laptop performance using Dynamics 365 as our ERP system
- Collaborate with various departments, including HPE engineering, to ensure quality standards are met and drive process enhancements
- Perform thorough quality control checks to ensure all refurbished laptops meet customer expectations and surpass them
- Maintain detailed refurbishment records using Microsoft Excel and Dynamics 365
- Develop troubleshooting skills to address notebook hardware issues and perform necessary fixes

Desired Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail to identify and resolve issues during the refurbishment process
- Strong interest in hardware and software troubleshooting and upgrades
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Passion for sustainability and technology up-cycling

Salary: £17,550 per year

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
