Senior Care Assistant/team Leader

Support service users in all aspects of their care needs.
Support to family members
Lead and develop team members to ensure on-going high quality care.
Develop and maintain effective communication with other team members and visiting professionals.
Liaise with multi disciplines in a professional and timely manner.
Level 3 Health and Social care with medication training and experience.
Minimum of 1 year senior care assistant experience within a care home setting.
Salary:
£13.00 per hour
