This is a newly created position which will play a pivotal part in supporting the business objectives and Global IT strategy.

We are looking for an experienced IT Leader who has implemented one or more large ERP programs of work. This is essential to the success of the role. You will need to demonstrate you have led implementations of ERP with global scope and complex manufacturing business requirements.

It is a key requirement that as the Head of Business Systems you are confident to roll out market leading cloud based ERP solutions.

We are looking for a Head of Business Systems with significant experience of IT leadership.

Previous roles may include Head of Digital Transformation, IT Business Partner, Manager of Business Applications or Head of IT and Digital Transformation.


To be successful in the role of Head of Business Systems you will need to show you have good commercial awareness, and a desire to drive for excellent results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a 5year roadmap for Business Systems, aligned to, and supporting the Stannah business strategy
  • Represent Business Systems at the Change Board and other governance groups, liaising closely with key stakeholders
  • Manage daytoday interface with key outsourced IT systems partners
  • Lead, engage and develop a high performing team
  • Lead the business systems design for new systems and services through participation in Stannah's project processes
  • Plan and execute the release strategy for minor enhancements and major upgrades to business systems
  • Ensure process adherence to all IT management processes, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist project managers in preparing briefing materials for the Service Desk and IT Training teams
  • Provide regular reporting of the performance of business systems

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

  • High level of IS/IT business awareness
  • Detailed knowledge of ITIL best practices
