Your responsibilities as an Inbound Sales Advisor As a sales Advisor you will be managing inbound calls selling travel insurance to our niche market customers.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Effectively handle inbound sales calls from customers wishing to purchase travel insurance.
To achieve personal sales and performance targetsTo Identify customer's needs and up sell policies to maximise sales opportunities and ensure the best fit for the customerTo manage sensitive data accordinglyTo manage outbound renewal calls for existing customers as and when required by the business - managing your own pipeline at all timesWhat you will bring to the role:
  • Providing customer with fantastic customer serviceYour skills/ experience as an Inbound Sales ExecutiveExperience in sales or customer facing roles.
Must enjoy working with and being challenged by sales targets.
Experience in a regulated industry ideal but not essentialAbility to discuss sensitive topics.
Professional telephone manner is essential.
