Property Consultant, to join our client, an Independent family-run Estate Agency based in Maida Vale/Little Venice.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through marketing and networking
  • Negotiate and coordinate offers
  • Provide Landlords and Vendors with regular feedback
  • Respond to and monitor daily property enquiries
  • Maintain database of prospective purchasers & tenants
  • Provide professional service to all clients when handling enquiries (facetoface, telephone & written correspondence)
  • Diary management of valuations and viewings
  • Prepare professional property ads for web and window display
  • Competent understanding of the regulatory framework

Skills Required:

  • Ideally (but not essential) one year in Residential Sales/Letting experience
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Strong Admin and organisational skills
  • Experienced at developing strong customer relationships
  • Local area knowledge


 IT literate
  • Office 365 / Excel etc(CRM knowledge is necessary)
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Able to work independently and report to senior management
  • Full clean driving licence required
  • Team Player with friendly personality.
