Day Matron

We are looking for the above for Wharflands House (Boarding Boys, 13-17 years).

The Day Matron will assist in providing care for the pupils, with particular responsibilities for the physical, social and emotional well-being and presentation of the pupils in the House.


The role is 45 hours per week, 40 weeks per year: generally anytime between 7:30am - 6:00pm with some hours required on Saturdays.

You will ideally have some previous experience of a similar role and be committed to ensuring the smooth running and pastoral welfare of the House.

Some basic medical experience, preferably with a first-aid certificate, is also desirable.
