Customer Service Representative - Sandtoft - £21,000+

The Company

Our Client leads the industry in the resale and remarketing of used, wholesale and salvage vehicles through their exclusive online auction platform.

With over 10 years of experience in the UK automotive industry, we specialise in selling vehicles on behalf of the insurance sector, fleet, lease and hire companies, trade sellers, financial institutions, and the general public.

The Team
The Customer Service Team play a vital part in the running of each operating centre. Like a great engine, their customer service is well oiled and drives to ensure success. Their teammates go above and beyond to support all customers. From organising vehicle collection to answering queries - no two days will be the same

What will you be responsible for?

  • Consistently and promptly responding to customer enquiries and requests in a professional manner
  • Meeting Service Level Agreements and timeframes as set by the management team
  • Dealing with members and private traders with sales and returns queries
  • Perform administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance.

What skills do you need to have?

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A clear and professional phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT in general
  • Be able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
