THE ROLE
An opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager, reporting to the Area Maintenance Manager.
Key responsibilities may include;
- Delivery of all specified scheduled routine and non routine maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and SGN procedural requirements
- Carrying out all necessary quality inspections
- Identification, prioritisation, and completion of nonroutine work programmes
- Management of critical spares and equipment
- Ownership and completion of specific projects
- Driving Safety, Financial and Productivity performance through the daytoday management of your team
- Providing engineering support to input to the other Operational and Network functions as required.
