That is why it is so important they are conducted in the correct way and in accordance with strict JCQ regulations.
Invigilators are crucial to this process and need to be reliable, punctual, flexible, meticulous, vigilant and able to relate to learners in a high-pressure environment.
This is a part time role on a supply basis but one that can make a real difference.
