Join Our Team as a 3D/CAD Wheel Designer at Kahn Headquarters - West Yorkshire

The role involves finalizing 2D wheel designs into 3D CAD models for development with global wheel manufacturers and factories.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain design intent through development cycles and solve technical issues with minimal impact.
  • Optimize production wheel CAD based on specific production methods.
  • Determine wheel fitments and specifications for each project.
  • Provide technical advice on wheel developments and accessories.
  • Collaborate on non-automotive design projects, if applicable.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in wheel design is essential.
  • Detailed knowledge of wheel production technologies and methods.
  • High proficiency in 3D software like Rhino or Alias.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Effective at building cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both visual and oral.
  • Self-motivated with strong project management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
