The Role


You will be based in Nottingham, however travel will be required to other sites with travel, hotels and expenses provided.


Key Responsibilities:

Early Careers:

  • To coordinate and support the various talent programmes within the business.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure monthly reporting is received, updated and fed back to relevant people.
  • Arrange regular reviews with employees on talent programmes and complete relevant paperwork.
  • Plan and arrange site visits for early talent programmes.
  • Support the organisation of team building/nights out/catch up sessions.
  • Work with the Group Talent, Communications & Engagement Manager to run select internal networks and groups.
  • Support the recruitment of early career talent programmes.
  • Book accommodation.
  • Update and maintain company documents.
  • Represent the business at relevant internal and external events and where there are opportunities to, passionately and credibly inform our future pipeline of talent.
  • Ad hoc duties as required for the role.

Communications & Engagement:

  • Support in organising and promoting engagement activities across the business.
  • Maintaining and updating of the group intranet page.
  • Support in creating and posting on our social media platforms to show the great activities that represent our culture and business.
  • Produce relevant branded communication documents across various media platforms.
  • Order and coordinate promotional materials.
  • Update and maintain communications and engagement calendar.
  • Ad hoc duties as required for the role.
