Who You Are
You are a motivated professional with experience analyzing and managing the correct use of SWIFT and other systems.

You can process and rectify data efficiently and are capable of advising and training staff on proper data inputting practices.

Although not required, having experience in the Adult Social Services Department is beneficial.

Additionally, you have the capability to perform quality assurance checks, amend records, and provide support on the department's file retention policy.

Commitment to stay knowledgeable on new SWIFT developments is crucial for you.

You are also able to provide coaching and mentoring to staff after system training courses and have the flexibility to carry out authorised duties issued by the Director of Adult Social Services.


What the Job Involves

As a Systems Support Officer, you will support the implementation of high-quality system configuration and development in order to deliver highly effective information/case management/financial systems.

This involves providing high-quality support, training, and advice to all authorised users of Directorate systems.

It will also be part of your role to identify gaps and weaknesses in user knowledge, system usage, and functionality to support product development and user best practice.

Additionally, you will take part in training, product development and reporting work streams.

You will assist in ensuring the complete processing of death lists from NHS agencies and support the acquisition and recording of the NHS number in all client records.
