If so, you might be just the person we're looking for Guardian Angel Carers Spelthorne, Elmbridge and Runnymede is on the lookout for a passionate individual to join our team as a Recruitment and Retention Specialist.
In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations, working closely with our Care Co-Ordinator to ensure our clients receive top-notch care and that our CareAngels embody our values.

Recruitment and Retention Specialist
Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Care Co-Ordinator to guarantee our clients' needs are not just met but exceeded, creating an environment of safety, compassion, and effectiveness.
- Support our amazing CareAngels in embodying our brand values: compassionate, professional, reliable, quality, and friendly.
- Juggle your own schedule while working handinhand with the Care Co-Ordinator.
- Play a crucial role in onboarding new clients and covering for our fantastic CareAngels when they need a break.
- Shake things up with quarterly reviews of our recruitment budget with senior management.
- Team up with the Operations Manager to set exciting goals for departmental improvements.
- Take some oneonone time with team members, focusing on their unique needs.
- Attend WINGS meetings, join in on extra training, and be the friendly face to new team members.
- Give a helping hand by providing feedback on client care plans to the Care Quality Manager.
- Be the first point of contact for CareAngel applicants, conducting interviews to welcome new additions to the family.
- Keep our HR files in tiptop shape, making sure they're compliant with all the nittygritty regulations.
- Be ready for unexpected care visits at the drop of a hat (within your availability, of course).
- Keep the communication flowing, sharing any client and CareAngel concerns with the Co-Ordinator/Quality Manager.

Your Qualifications:
- You've got some experience in care coordination or a related field.
- Your organisational and communication skills are topnotch.
- You're a team player but can also rock it independently.
- Most importantly, you're committed to living and breathing our brand values and delivering care that goes above and beyond.
Working Hours:
- You'll be rocking 40 hours a week, plus oncall duties as per the office rota.
- Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's 08:0018:00 office based and alternate weekends 07:0022:00 conducting care visits with 10 hours of care calls per weekend day.
Remuneration:
- Enjoy a rate of £13.15 per hour.
