Education Consultant

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

  • Conduct indepth consultations with prospective students and their families to assess their educational needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the UK education system, including universities, colleges, schools, and various programs.

Program and Institution Recommendations:

  • Research and recommend suitable programs and institutions based on clients' needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Provide clients with accurate and uptodate information on program details, entry requirements, tuition fees, and other relevant factors.
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions about their educational options.

Application Assistance:

  • Liaise with educational institutions on behalf of clients to address any concerns or questions.

Visa Support and Pre-Departure Preparation:

  • Provide guidance on predeparture preparations, including accommodation, travel arrangements, and cultural adjustment.
  • Conduct predeparture briefings and workshops to prepare clients for their transition to the UK.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the consultation process, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collect feedback from clients and use it to improve service delivery and enhance the overall client experience.

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote INTEN Education Group's services through various channels, such as social media, events, and referrals.
  • Participate in education fairs, workshops, and other networking events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferably 2 years of experience in education consulting, student advising, or a similar role within the international education industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of the UK education system, including universities, colleges, schools, and various programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and educational institutions.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and recommend suitable educational options for clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours, as needed, to accommodate clients in different time zones.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Salary:
From £19,200.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
