A Day in the Life:

As a Team Leader at Hestia, you'll oversee the Hackney Domestic Abuse Service and play a vital role in supporting service users towards empowerment and independence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day management of the service.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring safeguarding standards are met.
  • Managing service finances and staff.
  • Attending relevant meetings and forums.
  • Providing necessary training and support.
  • Participating in service delivery improvements.
  • Engaging service users in planning and delivery.
  • Being on-call for emergencies.
