Up to £44,000 plus benefits (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification)

Join our team at Private Hospital in Aberdeen as a Sister/ Charge Nurse.
Full-time role for 37.5 hours a week with flexible shifts, including long days, short days, and additional weekends.

Responsible for day-to-day management of the Hospital Ward and its staff.

  • Provide clinical leadership in the effective and efficient management of ward resources, driving clinical excellence in all aspects of care received by patients.
  • Lead and support the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical governance agenda.
  • Conduct yourself professionally within the standard and framework provided by the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.

  • Experienced in acute nursing care.
  • Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
  • Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
  • Experience working in an acute healthcare sector in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent.
25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service.
