ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Effectively portray the McCain brand values and personality through all forms of communication channels whilst also seeking to understand their behaviour/mindset
  • Consistently exercise diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality, assessing situations and using knowledge to take the correct action towards resolution
  • Ability to quickly ascertain which cases can be swiftly resolved and those which require further escalation
  • Prioritise own workload and work across multiple social media contact channels and brands/ McCain business units.
  • Confident communicator, reactively and proactively engage with customers within all social media channels
  • Liaise with relevant key internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve queries
  • Reporting Analysis including identifying common trends and themes in feedback and identifying solutions to reduce these
  • Actively contribute to team development and knowledge sharing, striving to identify efficiencies and new effective ways of working
  • Adaptability in processing all queries coming through to McCain from consumers and wider business contacts (McDonalds)

ABOUT YOU


We are looking for an excited and passionate applicant with previous customer service experience and someone with a self-growth mindset who is able to spot opportunities for improvements within the team.


  • Working to tight deadlines and demonstrable experience of prioritising workload
  • Working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders through various channels, including telephone, social media & Microsoft Teams
