What does a Junior Creative do at The Kitchen?


As our onsite Junior Creative, you'll help conceptualise and produce engaging, thumb-stopping TikToks, reels and social assets for Heinz UK.


Collaborating closely with the Social Media Manager and Social Creatives, you'll work with them to lead the development of our social creative, ideating social-first concepts and using your expertise of the platforms to develop creative that differentiates and propels the brands' online presence.

You'll be based partially on-site (The Shard, London, UK) with the Kraft Heinz marketing team so need to be comfortable to work directly with client, and partially at home.


Responsibilities

  • Work on ideas for our social channels, reacting to trends and news
  • Develop creative reactive concepts, from initial creative concept, working with the team creative fast on trend content, and be present right through to final asset production, even producing & starring in your own TikToks on occasion
  • Championing conceptual thinking and great creative with social media.
  • Work on social creative by building on audience reactions & creative campaign assets to drive conversation.
  • Utilise your knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and Meta, and shooting inplatform to create platformfirst, socially relevant content
  • Testing new formats and concepts through making prototypes of content formats.

Requirements:

  • A passion for Creative & Design, with a strong interest producing TikToks and video on social platforms.
  • A basic knowledge of TikTok and Instagram capabilities, keeping your creative ideas ontrend and up to date with the platforms fastpaced innovations
  • Keen interest in learning more about the advertising and social industry and keen to grow your potential.
  • A passion for all things food, and keeping up with the latest food trends, influencers, innovations, etc.
  • Fluent in TikTok's newest features, as well as formats popular on the platform
  • A foundational knowledge / Keen interest in scripting, shooting and editing, comfortable appearing in front of the camera


We aren't looking for an extensive portfolio or CV, all we ask is for you to create a TikTok using a light bulb Yep, you read that right, you only need to create a TikTok based around a light bulb that could get you an interview.


We want you to showcase your creativity by creating a TikTok however you want, in a way that celebrates your platform knowledge, from trends to sounds through to editing and creating.
