This is a hybrid role once training is complete with 2, maybe 3 days per week in the office in Leeds.


Purpose of the Role


This exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our Client Money Teams as a Payment Executive within Bravo Group, part of the wider Ardonagh Group.

You will be responsible for the accurate payment of our members' insurer and client bank account payments in accordance with FCA regulations and agreed service level agreements.


What you will do
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.

Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following and more.


  • Issue payments from the Client account as requested by our Broker members.
  • Management of own workload to ensure work is being completed to the agreed Service Levels (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Communicate and build relations with other IBA departments and external Brokers & businesses to investigate and resolve any queried transactions.
  • Fulfil your responsibilities in line with agreed processes to achieve agreed objectives, and in doing so, ensure compliance with the client and insurer money rules within the FCA Handbook, identifying and recording any breaches of FCA rules.
  • Ensure successful completion of training and assessment exercises as assigned from the Compliance and Training Department.


This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, process driven individual who has strong attention to detail, can manage their own time and is confident in liaising with internal staff and external customers and banks about monetary points.


Full training will be given so mathematically focused graduates will also be considered and if you are quick learner with a passion for accuracy, this could be a great opportunity for you.
