The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity will possess a solid background in project management specifically in the construction or architectural sector, with a specialization in facade systems.

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all project phases, ensuring they are completed within set deadlines, budget constraints, and meeting the highest quality benchmarks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Organize resources, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless project delivery.
  • Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project journey. Comprehend client needs, manage expectations, and provide regular project updates. Proactively address any issues to uphold strong client rapport.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and challenges, devising effective risk mitigation strategies. Proactively handle changes in project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Quality Assurance: Enforce strict quality control measures to guarantee adherence to design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. Conduct frequent site inspections and quality assessments to rectify deviations promptly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire diverse project teams, comprising designers, engineers, contractors, and consultants, in achieving project goals efficiently. Cultivate a collaborative environment fostering innovation, creativity, and continuous enhancement.
  • Financial Management: Monitor project expenses, costs, and billing to maintain compliance with budgetary limits and financial goals. Generate precise financial reports, forecasts, and projections for internal assessment and client endorsement.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Prioritize the safety and well-being of all project personnel by upholding adherence to pertinent health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures. Instill a safety-conscious culture across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven expertise in project management within the construction or architectural domain, with a specialized focus on facade systems.
  • Thorough comprehension of construction methodologies, materials, and techniques related to facade systems.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Procore).
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a successful track record of managing intricate projects from inception to completion.
