Workshop Manager


We are looking for a hands-on workshop manager to look after the day to day running of a busy workshop.

Masters specialise in the build and maintenance of bespoke promotional vehicles, trailers and pods.

We fabricate steel, aluminium, and other materials on site as well as running a carpentry shop, CNC machines and an operations department.


Day to day you will liaise with the directors and project managers to help coordinate work to workshop staff, as well as a direct involvement in the build process.

The ability to read technical drawings, problem solve and manage Health and safety is essential.

Salary 40k plus bonus including a company van and Bonus

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the workshop and installations

  • Train and manage all employees in their duties
  • Ensure that all safety policies are followed
  • Order parts, tools, and supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Report any equipment or machinery issues immediately
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work well with others
  • Other duties as assigned by management

From £40,000.00 per year
