Dairsie Autopoint is a family run business, trading for over 50 years.

We operate a commercial garage with petrol filing station and vehicle sales, specialising in the leisure market.

We also undertake servicing, repairs, MOT's and conversions from two sites.

We're recruiting for a Valeter / Driver to work at our site located in Dairsie, Fife

Hours
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (40 Hours per week).

Weekend Hours Optional.

Other work patterns and hours can be discussed.

The Role


As a Valeter / Driver for Dairsie Autopoint, you'll be responsible for cleaning our vehicles to a high standard as well as dropping off and picking up vehicles.


This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys a varied and physical role and likes working as part of a team.


Main Duties

  • Preparation of our vehicles to a high standard for viewing and sale purposes, cleaning both inside and outside to a high standard.
  • Photographing and listing our vehicles for sale online.
  • Assisting at service reception.
  • Maintaining the site to a high standard at all times, including the buildings and facilities.
  • Preparation of the yard in order for easy access for collection and drop off of vehicles.
  • Monthly stock checks and order preparation of valet materials and equipment.
  • Local & national pickup and delivery of vehicles
  • Working as part of a team.
  • Any other duties reasonably requested by line manager.

Essential skills

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills with the ability to describe and upload high quality photographs of our vehicles.
  • Ability to deliver quality customer service.
  • Punctuality and reliability is a must

  • Ability to load / unload and drive a trailer suitable for transporting vehicles

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary:

Up to £10.42 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
